How do I scan an invoice and email it to PlateIq for approval?

Scanning an invoice and submitting it to PlateIQ can be done using the following procedure:
How to scan an invoice on the automatic document feeder (or scanner glass) and submit it to Plate IQ for approval:
- From the printer touch screen menu, select the “E-mail” icon:
- On the next screen, select the “Address Book” icon:
- Select the “Search” icon and then input “tsmc_” and your 3-digit store or department number:
For example: The Manager at Store 001 would input: “tsmc_001”, then select “OK”:
- Check the box next to your store or department in the search results, then select “ADD” (located in the upper right corner of the screen)
- Fill in the “Subject” and “Message” (if needed), then select “Send”:
- The document will automatically feed (or copy if you’ve placed the document on the scanner glass) and it will be emailed to the selected email address
