This article will help a user save edits to a blank PDF Form using Chrome/PDF Adobe Reader.

Problem Statement

When a user downloads and edits a PDF Form and then saves a copy, the copy will be blank when opened. The edits do not save.

Resolution

Here are the instructions to save the edited PDF Form;

1. Click on Print Icon

2. Click on Printer Destination drop arrow and select 'Save as PDF', then click 'Save' at the bottom of the dialog box (the button will change from 'Print' to 'Save')

3. Save your PDF to the desired location. Store users save to the U: Drive
