For Out-Of-Stock items to be removed from the Made-To-Order site the Next Day


Holiday Meals Out of Stock Job Aid Next Day Removal

A out of stock user interface is available for making updates to the out of stock items. It is important to note that the link is accessible from the office or store when you are on company LAN. If you are not on company LAN you will need to sign on to VPN in order to access the link below.

The updates will Run nightly.   This means that if you select an item to mark as out of stock for your store, it will be removed from being visible to the customer from the Made To order site the following day.  This will not impact any orders that have already been placed for pickup at a later date.

If an item needs to be removed from future ordering immediately please see the Console job aid process.  Note: both Console and the OOS UI process need performed to remove an item for the remainder of the holiday meal session.   Fresh Service ticket is still required to remove items from Instacart. (see step 5)

 

Steps.

  1. Open Production Out of Stock website by using the below link.  (make sure you are on company network)

You will see the home screen.


       2. Use the drop-down box to find your store number and select. The item list will update.

        3. Find the item number and ensure UPC and Product match the item you would like to mark as out of stock and check the box.  You can select multiple items if needed.

       4. Click the submit button to update the items.


       5. For the following items please submit a fresh service ticket to remove from Instacart.

         6. The process is now complete.   The following day the items that are marked out of Stock will be removed preventing any new orders from being created for that item.

 

Note: if you have marked as out of stock, submitted it, and the item is still showing online the following day please call the helpdesk to submit an urgent ticket.
