Comany cell phone users needing international service temporarily while out of the United States can select the service item from the IT Service Portal and request this service.

Additional International Charges will be billed to the department. This item is limited to Directors and above.  Requests are normally completed within 3 business days.


Procedure


Proceed to the IT Service Portal by selecting the IT HELPDESK NEW icon in PingOne dashboard or by using the IT Help Desk Quick Link on the Hub Home page.


At the Save Mart Employee Services Portal  Sign in by clicking Sign In on the black menu bar, then select  to enter the Service Catlog.



Select Additional Service from the categories on the left   then hover your mouse over the Cell Phone International Use Icon click the Request Now buttom that appears..



Fill in the fields on the form that pops up and click the button to submit your request.
