This Article will help Mobile users connect or reconnect to our Corp. and Annex WiFi Networks using their Cell phones. This does not affect Laptops.


  • Corporate and Annex WiFi network SSID is SMS-CORP
  • Connecting to the this WiFi now requires your AD / Active Directory Login (your 1st login on your PC)
  • If a user has changed their AD login, they will need to Forget This Network in order to sign in again with the current AD credentials



If our Mobile Users report thier IOS device not connecting to the WIFISMS-CORP’ network:

  1. Click Settings on IOS Device
  2. Click WI-FI
  3. Locate SMS-CORP 

                a. If no ‘internet connection’ displays continue

 


      4. Click on the blue circled ‘I’      

      5. Select ‘Forget This Network’



      6. Re-select SMS-CORP and enter AD credentials

      7. Trust Certificate prompt
