Problem
long term shift is not showing up for user in Kronos. On the schedule you can see the log term shift, but when you select the user the shift is not showing up at all.
Troubleshooting
- Verify schedule pattern to ensure it is valid
- Check schedule pattern end date to ensure it is the correct week
Solution
Schedule pattern end date could be incorrect for the week that the user is trying to fined
Update the ScheduleĀ Pattern to Forever or add a new pattern
