Problem
User is trying to open Kronos but gets a message saying there is planned maintenance.
Solution
Verify that there is planned maintenance in progress by checking the Kronos Trust Site

- Log in
- Use the drop-down "Product Resources & Case" to select UKG Dimensions
- Select Tust Site Resources
- Click the Go Now button in "Connect to your Trust Site"
- Log in again

If the application has a Service Disruption or Service Degradation, send an IT alert from Send Word Now
If the application is up and there is no planned maintenance, escalate to UKG
