Problem

User is trying to open Kronos but gets a message saying there is planned maintenance.


Solution 

Verify that there is planned maintenance in progress by checking the Kronos Trust Site  

  1. https://community.kronos.com/s/login/?language=en_US
  2. Log in
  3. Use the drop-down  "Product Resources & Case" to select UKG Dimensions
  4. Select Tust Site Resources
  5. Click the Go Now button in "Connect to your Trust Site"
  6. Log in again
  7. Check the site status of savemart-PROD for

If the application has a Service Disruption or Service Degradation, send an IT alert from Send Word Now

If the application is up and there is no planned maintenance, escalate to UKG
