Problem Statement
Emails from sources external to TSMC are not being received by a TSMC employee.
This situation may occur when employees from departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, or Finance, etc. are working with other companies and are communicating through email.
Resolution
Gather the following information from the TSMC employee who is working with the external company:
- email address of the external party
- email address of the TSMC employee
- Business reason for the email traffic
- Is this a temporary situation or will the communication be ongoing?
- Ticket number for the incident
Forward the email to InfoSec@savemart.com along wiith the above information requesting an evaluation for whitelisting the external party's email.
