User states they don't have any icons for Kronos in the PingOne page.
When they log into PingOne to work on Kronos, they do not see the Kronos Icon.
Troubleshooting:
Have the user log out of Ping then log back in, Check to see if ICON is now present. If not,
Look up their AD account and view their Member group of Office365 and Ping SSO Store User (see below)
If they are missing these, Open a ticket with the Team members Information and get this over to the IT Platform Microsoft team.
Once they have added the group, you will need to clear cache and have them resign in again.
