Problem Statement:


When going to the kameleon website and printing signs the sign is not opening. This is most likely being caused by pop ups being blocked by the internet browser.


Resolution Statement:


Kameleon(Vestcom) PDF signs are not opening

 

  1. If you are printing a sign on the kameleon site and it is not opening this is most likely due to pop-up blocker in the browser causing this.

 

       2. After trying to open the sign look in top right corner in the field where the URL for the website is and if you see a icon like below click on it as this indicates pop-ups are         blocked

      3.Click on the pop-up icon and select the option to ALWAYS ALLOW POP-UPS FROM KAMELEON.VESTCOM.COM

     4.After doing this re-open the sign and it will now open and you are able to print it!
