Employees can now reset their own Cornerstone Password.  A prerequisite to resetting your password is setting up the Security Questions in your Cornerstone account.  Follow the procedure below to set up your Security Questions.  Once you have completed the Security Questions, you will be able to reset your password using the Forgot Password link.


 

  • Once logged into Cornerstone, hover your mouse over the settings gear in the top right corner of the page and click on “my account”.



  • Click on the “Options” tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen.   Then click the “Edit Security Questions” tab.





  • Enter your Cornerstone password and click submit



  • Choose a Security Question, answer it, confirm the answer then click “continue”.   Note: You must fill out both sections before continuing.  




*You have now completed setting your security settings.



Resetting your Cornerstone LMS password


  • On the Cornerstone login screen, click “Forgot Password?”


  • Type your employee number in the “Login Credential” box.  Check the “I’m not a robot” box.  Click Submit


  • Answer the security questions that you set up originally.  If you did not set up security questions in the past or can’t get past this step, contact the Help Desk at 800-287-6583 for assistance.   Please set up your security questions after the Help Desk gets you back into your account.



  • Enter your new password, confirm your new password and click “save”.

*You have successfully changed your password.
