On Tuesday 3/24/2020 new app versions were released for Apple iOS phones. 

What does this mean?

For customers that have not updated their iOS system version to 13.4 and have a previous version there are no changes and everything would continue to function.

The older app version will not function correctly for customers with iOS versions prior to 13.4.

Customer and Retailer Impact?

Customers with issues should update iOS to the latest version and also the FoodMaxx, Save Mart and Lucky Mobile apps.

There are some known issues with previous iOS and/or app versions, they will be addressed in a future mobile release:

• MTO required information not being required.
• Reward clipping delay allowing duplicate clipping.
• Product Recall information page coming up blank.
• Only name information is saved when updating account profile on app.
