Some tablets get a Moisture Detected message when trying to charge the tablet.


This could be caused by moisture accumulating in the charging port of the device, moisture on the charging cable, or moisture accumulating on the connectors of the IntelliSkin cover.


Make sure all of the connections are clean by using a cotton swab and 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to clean the connections.

Do not over saturate the swap and allow 5 minutes for any alcohol to dry after cleaning.



You can work around the Moisture Detected message to get the tablet charged by:


1. turning off the tablet

2. Plug the charging cable in to the port but only insert it half way

3. Restart the tablet and once it has started completely plug the charging cable all the way in

4. Allow the table to charge to full charge.
