Notes:

• If you do not have the 'Greeting' option when you tap 'Voicemail', ensure your voicemail has been set up.
• If your voicemail has been set up and you are unable to change your greeting through the 'Voicemail' tab, dial *86 then choose option 4 to change.
• The steps below apply to the following models:
  • iPhone X / XS / XS Max / XR
  • iPhone 8 / 8 Plus
  • iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
  • iPhone SE
  • iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 6s / 6s Plus
  • iPhone 5 / 5c / 5s
  • iPhone 4 / 4s

1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon .
2. Tap Voicemail then tap Greeting (upper-left).
   Greeting is located in the top-left corner of screen.
    If using an eSIM with a second line, select a line (e.g., Primary, Secondary, 888-888-8888, etc.) then proceed to step 3.
3. Tap Custom to record a greeting.
   Enabled when a checkmark is present.
4. Tap Record to begin recording the custom greeting message.
   To listen to your recording before saving, tap Stop then Play.
5. Tap Stop to end recording then tap Save.
   Save is located in the top-right corner of screen.
