ð Step 2 Add Labor Drivers in Forecast Planner/ Labor

· Drill down to Pricing under Admin, add tag count by day

· Drill down to Departments to Add hours for Fresh Inventory

· Return to Total Store to Run Labor , you can run by department

· Do you have Inventory? If yes, enter volume in Add Labor Drivers

· Do you have a Seafood Roadshow? If yes, enter volume in Add Labor Drivers

· Price Changes/Tags. Enter volume in Add Labor Drivers

 

ð  Step 3 Run Labor in Forecast Planner (Know where you are!)

· See Hours by Department and Job (Show saving “Store# All Jobs”) this can be used for Sales and Labor Planning Tool.

· The System will not allow you to Edit Hours

*THE ABOVE TASKS SHOULD BE COMPLETED TWO SATURDAYS PRIOR TO POSTING SCHEDULE

· Show Hours by Job – You will use these later for Long Term Shifts

 

ð Step 4 Job Transfer Set Edit in Maintenance /People Information/Employee Role

· Do you have a new Team Member?   If yes, Create JTS.

· Do you have any Team Members in a New Job?   If yes, Edit JTS.

· Have any Team Member been terminated?  If yes, Edit JTS.

· Has any Team Member been transferred? If yes, Edit JTS

· JTS are for the Auto-scheduler, if you manually schedule you can transfer any TM into any dept.

 

ð Step 5Availability – Edit in Schedule/Schedule Pattern

· Do you have any new Team Members?  If yes, add availability in Schedule Pattern

· Have any Team Member’s long term availability changed?   If yes, change availability in Schedule Pattern

· Have any Team Member been terminated?  If yes, change availability to unavailable in Schedule Pattern

· Have any Team Member’s shift pattern changed? If yes, change Schedule Pattern

 

 

 

 

 

ð Step 6 Enter Time Off - Edit in Schedule (New Process)

· Right Click on day, Left Click ETO, Slider on Right opens, Left Click selection, Right Click  Apply

· Have any team members been approved for time off for any of the following reasons (Vacation, Anniversary, Birthday, FMLA, Floater, RTO, and Volunteer etc.?) 

If yes, Enter Time Off in Schedule. (If request denied, comment is available)

· Have any Team Members returned from LOA/FMLA If yes, Edit Time off in Schedule

 

ð Step 7Add a shift – Edit in Schedule – Right Click – RC Add Shift – Slider opens on Right

· Click Chevron to add another Segment

· Do you have a Team Member working at another store? If yes, Add a Shift and Transfer

· Manually add shifts - Example: Scan, Baker, Department Managers for Fresh Inventories and Special Events etc.

· Lock all shifts to prevent generate schedule function from overwriting.

· 

ð Step 8Enter in Pharmacy Schedule and Lock all Pharmacy Shifts

 

ð Step 9 – Generate schedule – Generate from schedule screen (Know where you are!)

· 1st Pass – Run my Schedule /  2nd Pass Run Schedule – Lock Shifts

 

ð Step 10 Edit schedule

· Fill Open Shifts, balance the LRQ line and address Rule Violations.

· Balance Schedule Metrics to Budget

 

ð Step 11Print Schedule in Report Library /Run Report/Scheduler/Weekly Wall Schedule/Select Date Range/ All Home and Scheduled Job Transfers */Show Chart – Yes/ Output – PDF

 

ð Step 12 Post Schedule – Tools Dropdown, Quick Post
