Method Summary: Includes activities to ring order into POS, Suspend Sale, Take Payment, and Delete order from Retail One and Console when Retail One is back online. 


Method Steps: #9c


1. Scan (ring up) all items that are located in the ClickCart Picker Shopping Cart.

2. Ensure that all items have been removed (scanned) from ClickCart Picker Shopping Cart including B.O.B. Items.

Ring up any paper bags
Select more
Press ClickCart order
Press to override Survey Key
3.  Press Trans Menu Key, then Press Transaction Suspend Key.
4. Write the Customer’s First & Last Name, Order #, Pick Up Time on the top portion of the suspended receipt.
5. Place this receipt in the Cash Drawer slot on the left side on top of any Postage Stamps that may be in the Cash Drawer.
6. Upon customer arrival:
Resume order
Charge the customer via clover flex at curbside or in-store for in-store pick-up
7. Once Retail One is back online:
Pull up order in register and cancel
Cancel order in Console
