1. Scan
(ring up) all items that are located in the ClickCart Picker Shopping Cart.
2. Ensure that all items have been removed (scanned) from ClickCart Picker Shopping Cart including B.O.B. Items.
3. Press Trans Menu Key, then Press Transaction Suspend Key.•Ring up any paper bags•Select more•Press ClickCart order•Press to override Survey Key
4. Write
the Customer’s First & Last Name, Order #, Pick Up Time on the top portion
of the suspended receipt.
5. Place
this receipt in the Cash Drawer slot on the left side on top of any Postage
Stamps that may be in the Cash Drawer.
6. Upon
customer arrival:
7. Once Retail One is back online:•Resume order•Charge the customer via clover flex at curbside or in-store for in-store pick-up
•Pull up order in register and cancel
•Cancel order in Console
