Today we are rolling out a new integration called "Servicebot" A virtual agent that can assist you with all your IT support queries.The next time you want to see your tickets, open a ticket, need help resetting your Cornerstone password, or request something from the Service Catalog, you can message @Servicebot on your team's communication channel or use the Service Bot ICON.
